Giving only 5 stars because there's no option to give 10. Been using the agency for many years on private and professional capacity. Worked specifically with Adam on many projects for own opportunities and for work cooperation. At the moment, they are the only recruitment agency we use in the company and that's how it will remain. Why? Because they are unique in this market. Not like many others, they don't operate on minimum quota for candidates per week where you see zero quality and receive the application only because a recruiter has to reach their quota. They don't have personal or sales agenda to \push\ a candidate and sell without a care for the business they work with or the candidates themselves. Very genuine people driven by different values of finding you the best job that fits you and the company and finding candidates for the company who fit best. No sales. No nonsense. No time wasting. No \call you back\ and leaving at it. No 9-5 and zero updates in between. Highly recommend!

Maria Logan Recruitment are the most professional, honest and individual hospitality recruiters in Ireland.
