Not soo good. Staffs are busy with their own stuff. I thought ill b informed about my flight but no one cares. They don't even have a band aid my god what a service hospitality.

Clean area, good coordinated staff. Very good service from Miss Mona Liza... Very attentive and kind. Cleaning is quick and reliable... Guys have always a smile even behind the masks... Friendly and Helpful. Food is small portions and not as buffet anymore but packed in plastic dishes... Comes hot served.. Vegetable meal was very good.. Kofta meal not really good but still ok... Pasta was very nice.. Coffee is always good... And variety of drinks also enough... Thanks guys.. Gonna come again. Insallah
Staff was courteous and maintained all covid 19 guidelines of serving food but the lounge in itself wasn't great as compared to other world class lounge around the world and even at DXB. There were three computers there incase you want to browse or work.

Aquick and quiet experience which surprised me. As I used Terminal 2 this time I want sure what to expect but all the services and facilities were beyond expectations once you consider that T2 is not the main terminal to be usually used to get in and out of the country for longer flights. I was promptly attended in the check in, immigration was quick and friendly. My wife's passport had an issue, which was solved in less than 2min and scan was awalk through as the lines there were smaller... Although there is not many food options, we could still get our coffee on the way. Very happy with the overall experience.
Customer service not up to the mark, the guy who sitting front office straight away regretting to access, it's like we came for free. I was accessing with my Master card world credit card and my wife as well, she has also card in her name. But the guy he is not understand anything simply telling that your wife can't access. One card one person . i spent my 15minutes to explain and getting access.. Poor customer service..
Very small lounge as compared to others. Food pretty average. Ordered a chicken kasba and it was bad. Due to covid buffet is closed hence need to wait for some time before the waiter arrives.
Nice small place to enjoy your extra time before the flight. The service was great,Dexter at the Lounge was great and very helpful. DEXTER You took service level to a new high when I visited the lounge last weekend.
