Very friendly staff but to be honest this place is hit and miss, sometimes there absolutely stunning then sometimes they are like card board, The fish from here though is stunning they only let themselves down by putting it straight on a greaseproof paper then wrap it, by the time u get home and open it all the batter is stuck to the greaseproof paper plus obviously it's still full of fat because the grease proof paper keeps it all in
We often travel the 26 mile 'pilgrimage' to the Maerdy fish and chips bar. Excellent fish, excellent chips, not over-battered, well presented, not dripping in oil, hot and tasty; easy parking. Top of our list for f&c. Well done MTF&C. Sam and Margie, Talgarth
Always consistent. Great cooked fish and chips. Reasonably priced and great service. Cooked whilst you wait. Love it!
Kids loved having a cone and sausage. All were happy. Social distancing working and tasty chips.
