The staff were all knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. We felt comfortable the moment we called to inquire about their services. We booked the same day and it was AMAZING! Well worth the money, and on that note — SUPER affordable and not over the top like everywhere else! Brian was our guide and he was wonderful! We loved every second and plan to come back every time we visit this area.

The team at MIWS is fantastic. My wife and I were at the Ritz-Carlton in Naples and they have a location there. I've wanted to go parasailing since I was a kid, but my brothers crashed rented wave-runners on that vacation and I never got to go. Now that I'm an adult, I finally went. It was a lot of fun, but the main reason for this review is because the people at MIWS are all just really awesome. They all look like really cool surfer people, but they're SUPER nice and friendly. Literally ever single person I interacted with was amazing. We would definitely use their services again... maybe a Jet Ski tour next time?

We did the eco-tour yesterday with Brandon M as our tour guide and he was awesome! The waters were calm, we saw many pods of dolphins swim right next to the jet ski. Also got to see what is left of the dome houses! And being that the conditions were good, also had a little fun on the jet skis! Would highly recommend this tour as it is unique and you get to see things you wouldn’t be able to see otherwise!
Savannah and captain Shawn were great. They hauled us out to the barrier island just south of Marco for some shelling. Many sand dollars. Many dolphins as well. They stopped at every point of interest and wildlife siting. After an initial warning to hold onto our hats . . . My hat blew off into the drink. Savannah initiated the man overboard procedures and with captain Shawn made a prompt recovery. A great experience. Thank you.
