Wanted some passport photos done, done as we waited. He was very helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Didn't show the photos before sending them by email, and had to be reminded to send them. Also very curt and rude on the phone.
This should be zero stars. Time he retired. Took in an A0 sized painting to be frame and asked if 10 days would be enough time, he agreed and when I came back 14 days later I asked how it went. He looked back at me blankly and I then noticed my artwork still sandwiched between two pieces of board where he put it when I had dropped it off. He admitted he had forgotten all about it and said come back next week. Next week was today and when I went in I saw that it was still in the same place completely untouched. Picked it up and walked out. Unbelievable... There was really no point in him writing my phone number down in his little pad, he probably doesn't remember where he put it.
Good and perfect job all the time. I have had my good memories printed (to photo) here. Thanks for all that to you Ian
