Please note that this company is NOT registered with RICS or TPO which are the main construction and surveyor regulatory organisations. They also do NOT have a formal complaints procedure and escalation process. This means that, if they mess up your contract, you are on your own! Missed an important and dangerous item in the structural survey and then avoided responding for 5 weeks after I had bought and moved in. Even now they avoid the issue. If you have problems with this surveyor group then please report to RICS with a complaint. If anyone needs proof I am happy to show the photo survey and emails. I would avoid using them if possible until you have researched their reviews and references.

The team provided detailed reports and advise, very supportive and professional. We called on this team for a structural survey back in the summer, and wish we had employed them for our planning stages too, as the speed of their response and quality of work was excellent.
