Ordered a product online, paid half on card, half with a love2shop voucher. Turned up 2 days later to pick up product, waited over 45 minutes to be told they ‘couldn’t find it’. They then refused to return my money any other way than on an Argos gift card. Which is clearly of no use to me because they don’t have the product I need. Wasted my time, and my money.

decent when i went in to look for something, it said it was in stock and on the website too. go in ask for it and its not there. i went out in the rain for nothing.

Just went in to buy a ring, and the lady on the jewellery counter made me feel absolutely stupid! Instead of measuring my finger, she made me feel silly not knowing my size. Aewful customer service, went in hoping to buy a ring, watch and dehumidifier but left instead.
