Wanted to love this place. All was great until the owner, who publicly announced herself as such, walked outside and made the street performers feel so bad they almost packed up and left. As I watched from a distance and later tipped them on the way out I was amazed at their talent. Someone that has been fortunate to realize their dreams should be respectful of those trying to reach theirs! Build people up not down. As for the food...It was great and definitely a must try when in or around Scottsdale, especially on a weekend! The ambiance is great and the service is impeccable. The owner needs a life lesson in civility and appreciation. Side note, scallops were sensational and the gnocchi was like my grandmother-in-law’s!

Pasta was amazing, staff incredible, owners friendly and present. Try the special and seasonal pastas - so good. Got engaged and can't wait to celebrate our anniversary there from here on out. Thank you for such a beautiful atmosphere and wonderful experience.

Great place one my favorites the owners are so nice and great people. The food is delicious. My kids and wife truly enjoy the food. We always order off the special pasta menu. I would recommend to any one. Is probably one the best Italian reastruants in the valley. I'm not a Italian food fan but this place is superb.

After a day of exploring Scottsdale, my wife and I popped in here for drinks and desert. It hit the spot! She got a red wine, I got a Manhattan. For desert we got the chocolate mousse and mmhmm was it good! It was exactly how chocolate mousse should be, fluffy. We wanted to come back for dinner some night, but we were only in town for a couple of days. When we visit Scottsdale again, this place is on our \must eat\ list.

Let me please start by saying my husband is Italian. We frequently visit Italy as we love the Italian food. We went to Marcellino and they were busy but sadly the quality has became poor. They appear to be only concerned with their revenue and not their customers experience. My husband ordered the “ Special of the Specials” as they said, white fettuccine with white truffles and butter sauce. It was an 80.00 plate of pasta with butter. No spices or any flavor except butter. So disappointing! It didn’t have either the flavor or scent of a white Truffle. It tastes as simple as butter noodles, I could have done a better pasta at home. I ordered a different homemade pasta which turned out to be dry. The food is not what it used to be and the service was horrible! For 6 pastas and a glass of wine cost 450.00. Wish we went to our favorite Franco’s.. Please Beware.., it is a disappointment if you are having a special evening!!!
