I am very satisfied with this clinic, I have been coming for 5 years for urological check-ups, the doctors are excellent, always at the forefront applying the latest technologies. Their administrative staff is very friendly and they are always ready to help. I take this opportunity to thank Ana García, who helped me resolve an issue with my insurance a couple of days ago. I really appreciate her help.

I have been coming to this clinic for 5 years and I am very happy with the care of the doctors and all their staff. I recommend it.
Edit: Yes I realise now that trying to arrange more than one appointment for the same day (as I would be travelling 60km each way by taxi) is too much to ask of your clinic. I realise now that despite mentioning the name of my insurance provider clearly from the start it was asking too much of your clinic to advise it wouldn’t be possible and avoid the ridiculous circus that then ensued for 3.5 stressful hours. I realise now that you do not take responsibility for this utterly poor level of service or acknowledge when clearly staff training is required. If the apology was sincere and covered any of this I would have accepted it. Your professional conduct re patient confidentiality is questionable also. Such a shame. I visited the clinic over 2 years ago for a test when I was paying privately and it went well. Having just spent (wasted) over 3.5 VERY frustrating hours with this practice today simply trying to arrange appointments; with an extremely confused/incapable individual, I finally get told my insurance provider doesn't even support the appointments! I would have been more forgiving but the manager of the practice clearly doesn't appreciate the unnecessary stress, wasted time and utterly low standards in play here.
Excellent health center. The doctors are very professional and the staff are very friendly.
