Shower holder had fallen off and couldn't find another spare! Spoke to a lovely lady named Jodie who was amazing and very helpful. I was then told the store was quite far away from me which I never realised so I wasn't able to pick up the order. They offered to send it out and then the manager said not to worry about a charge as he is going to send it for free! Excellent customer service and an amazing team! Thanks guys!
