Bridgette did everything professionally. Applied pressure after pulling hard wax off, gave tips, recommended the exfoliation product which I bought. She did a good job removing everything, and was very gentle. She was also a great person. Made the effort to get to know me.

Raman is the best! She’s so nice, gentle and quick! I hardly felt anything and it’s probably because we were talking the whole time, which is a plus. I went to her after reading reviews. The funny part about some of the reviews is that they are upset when the person is in the room while you remove your pants. You’re about to go spread eagle for your Brazilian and you’re worried about taking off your pants?! Makes no sense to me. I’ve been a loyal customer for 6-7 years and they definitely offer FAST, quick, friendly and quality service. To me the first time it was a little weird, but honestly, Brazilian in 15 mins almost unheard of. Well done WaxOn for another amazing location with exceptional services!

I have been coming to Waxon Vaughan for the past few months and it has been a great experience thus far. Stephanie is the absolute best, where she provides the best customer service and makes my waxing experience almost painless! I highly recommend Stephanie for all your waxing services. I did try another waxologist at Vaughan but my experience was not great (wax was way too hot, not friendly service, and way more painful than normal, and I have a high tolerance). Will definitely be coming for Stephanie as a regular!

So first, the employees are very sweet so no complaint there -- I just personally didn't find the service quality very good. Personally, every time I got a wax, I would find myself going home and needing to pluck away at missed hair. For the price of 50 dollars for a Brazilian wax, I was very disappointed at the quality.
