Good coffee in a good place from good people!

Clean, quiet and with enough room for anyone who wants to have a coffee without the pressure to be in rush. A very good alternative to the other close by coffee shops that are usually very busy. I think it also depends on the actual location (this Second Cup is a bit hidden). Free parking outside and also a little patio during the nice season.

Usually a Tim Hortons kind of guy but if you're looking for something that is a little different this is definitely the place. Their cold drinks are very good as well as their coffees. Good service and usually not too busy.
The place feels a little sad and run down. It is never that busy and with a lot of competition in the area I don't expect it to last much longer. The staff are friendly enough but the food in the display looks a tad stale. It does have an outdoor seating section however that faces a busy road.
Great drinks, good prices. Decor and atmosphere at this location is a bit drab but its comfortable and cool inside. WiFi is decent. Tons of parking and lots of nearby places for other food or drinks if you want a change.
I usually love Second Cup but this place messed up my order, and refused to correct it. I ordered a coconut cream frocho and they insisted that this was the right order (see picture). The employee seemed very clueless and lazy. I asked him to fix my order because I assumed he misheard me, but instead of fixing it, he kept insisting that this was a coconut cream frocho, and that it was an "organic" blend of coconut, even though it clearly was chocolate. Save your money and go to any other coffee place, this one is run by lazy incompetent employees.
What's up with restriction signs? Does not make me feel welcome. Otherwise clean and comfortable place. Perfect green tea late
