New Branch Manager - Things Start Improving! Have had account with this branch for 4 years now. Sure, was not impressed with how they handled the business in the past, but... NOW with the arrival of a NEW Branch Manager - Ellen, things are changing to the POSITIVE. Not only she speaks FEW languages (including Spanish) - she is open minded, flexible, approachable and attentive to details - characters that are ultimately crucial when you deal with private finances. Had an issue with my mortgage.(my fault) that was resolved within 20 min on the spot with detailed explanation HOW it is being resolved and WHAT needs to be done should this happen again. I attended the branch at 9:30 am and must admit, while waiting in the lobby, customers were served fast enough not to wait more that 3-4 min. I am confident now that this branch will provide a service that I can count on, with a new / rebuild team of professionals, despite the staff challenges (due to COVID) that many of us did not realize they have.

Great Service. Must recommend. Especially, employee (Jinisha) is really very helpful and has excellent customer service skills. I entered the bank at last moment, needed important documents and she did all the work really quick. I really appreciate and must recommend this place.
Really Disappointed to the branch! I payed 2 times for the bank draft because of their mistakes! I will never recommend this branch! The first teller (forgot the name)is rude but the manager is okay i think! Really disaster transactions

Please don't visit these place. It's a mess. They don't have enough staff to attend the customers. I had to wait in line for 45 minutes . Only 2 staff members were there to attend 8 people. It's a full mess. Instead of doing the work they just keep on talking and stuff. Guys don't visit this branch.
Lea is the bank teller I usually deal with and she is a genuine, very nice lady who always patiently helps me fulfill all of my banking needs. Give her a raise! Keep up the great work Lea.
