The manager of this store Leigha is honestly the most helpful person I have ever talked to. Her customer service is one of the best!!!!!. She picked up all of the products we needed, gave us amazing recommendations and I couldn't be happier. She needs to be recognized for her great work. THANK YOU!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The store manager is extremely rude and should not be working in retail. She does not know how to approach customers and is extremely unprofessional. The store in general is well kept and stocked. The other employees however have always been very helpful and knowledgable whenever I come into the store and need assistance. However, the manager is rude, did not greet me when I came in, did not assist me the entire time I was in the store and overall made me feel very unwelcome in the store. Unless other employees are working, I recommend going to a different Sally's location.
It’s the kind of place you go to when you’re out of some of your more expensive products. I would only buy products that you know are expensive anywhere because they might be slightly higher at Sally beauty. I think they tried to stock only good quality products with great reputations but I don’t think it completely excuses the mark up. They were very friendly and helpful when I went to them for help.
