WOW! UNBELIEVABLE! I am in Sales and this team is fantastic! I'll be honest reading the reviews here I was worried but these people below have no idea what they are talking about. Ignore them. I just picked up my Ford Edge and we are so impressed. Having to shop with two kids in tow they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you to Ray & Dave and the rest of the team that made purchasing my first brand new vehicle seamless and easy! This was not my local Ford but I will absolutely travel 60K to use them in future!

Tried to finance a truck first of all they asked for 500 deposit which is fine, after sending the documents that they require via email I just got a reply which was(Thanks)then after a couple day I didn't receive any updates even I called many times but they transfer me to a girl who's name was Laura and she never pick up the phone, then drove with my buddy all the way from Downtown to Maple ridge just to see what the updates is! Then realized one document is missing! After they never asked for that document as I did double check if it's necessary I can provided, finally got bored and had to call them to un hold my money. They are not even giving encouragement to their customer to buy their products, even if I was not sufficient to finance a truck but they didn't treat as a good dealer at the beginning and finally I was not happy with their service. Never recommended

Wanted to take advantage of the Employee Pricing to factory order my \dream\ convertible Mustang GT. Nick and the team at West Coast Ford Lincoln made it easy and when the car arrived, they actually had a better deal for me than when I initially ordered! Great job all around, great experience, never felt like I was being sold. Always answered my questions honestly. Also big shout out to West Coast Auto Group for their support of minor hockey in our community during these difficult times.
