One of our worst experiences at a auto dealership ever. Were at the dealer for over 5 hours. Various issues over trying to locate keys and vehicles. But the real lack of professional, never been through before was with the closing financial rep. The experience was very similiar to that of time sharing racket. First the very nice sales person who has your back. Second the very knowledgeable, friendly tech savvy who is also your best friend. Actually enjoyed his time with us. Third and the worst is the smooth talking money man. In short after negotiations this slick individual reneged on our deal, sighting errors from the new software system. This experience went for hours many individuals had our potential deal in their hands for what seemed like hours. In fairness after the deal was not closed their was an gift from slick, but we refused everything from the whole tiring, disgusting experience. From what we read online after our experience we are not alone, from reviews we read. For a car buying, time sharing experience, go for it! Bring a chair, food and a blanket!. Cheers!

I was very interested in the Toyota Rav4 Hybrids. I couldn't find one at Toyota so I thought I would stop in at Maple Ridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to see if there was anything comparable on their lot. I was met by Kyle who asked a lot of relevant questions, was not pushy, and guided our whole transaction start to finish. Every single team member we were met with was kind and friendly. I would absolutely recommended this dealership and this team to anyone looking to buy any type of car, new or used.
Just bought new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, the team that I worked with there made everything easy to deal with. 2 mentions, Erin Danielle the Sales Associate was great not pushy at all and went to bat for me a few times in negotiations. Tessa in Finance was very quick and friendly and explained everything in detail.
Had an awesome experience at MR Chrysler. Carson was amazing. Very knowledgeable and got me into the exact car that I wanted. Couldn't be happier!! Thanks Carson and team, I love my new car!! :)
I had a great experience to at this dealership. Everyone is so nice to the customer, work hard to get the deal closed. My sales Justin is new to this dealer, after I picked up the car he gives me additional deliver gift set.
