It was easy to create a case but horrible waiting period. I’ve been told that I’ll receive my report in 30 days however it’s my 45th day of waiting and looks like nobody wants to talk or respond to my emails or calls. I spoke to person with name Jamie and every time I’ve been misinformed. Seems like I’ll have to figure it out even though I paid this company money for service.
