I was referred to Dr. Heed for a melanoma. I found her to be very thorough, confident and calming. She did a fantastic job, repaired a previous surgery and took care of me. She explained everything, gave me options, time to ask any questions. I wouldn't want anyone to need her services but guarantee she will do the best for you

I have been impressed by Dr . Heed of her attention and caring. Just a lovely understanding person.
My girlfriend was just in this morning having a minor procedure. Every part of the procedure was unprofessional to say the least. They kept her in her clothes and she had blood all over it by the end. She didn’t complete the full procedure because it was getting into “cosmetic territory”. And shipped out without any post procedure instructions. I hope she takes this as constructive criticism and patients have a better experience moving forward

I just had a needle point biopsy in my breast that I was terrified of having. Dr. Heed has been nothing but professional and compassionate with me. She has made this entire procedure less concerning for me. Still nervous to find out about my results but she has already reassured me of a positive outcome ️ I also have nothing negative to say about the reception. So far very pleased.

I was beyond impressed with my experience at the office of Dr Heed and staff. My first contact was with Dr Heed and I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind she was and how fast she was at getting back to me. Alot of doctors dont realize how important it is to have administration like Dr Heed has at her office, the first point of contact is crucial. She also provided the absolute best care and I believe best advice and treatment during and after surgery. Dr Heed was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Dr Heed and staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner as Dr Heed takes her time to be caring while maintaining a sufficient office.
Receptionist was so rude and unprofessional, she seemed completely annoyed just by patients stepping through the door. No welcome, no looking or acknowledging patients, looking at the computer. When I said I couldn't come to the hospital appointment she gave me such attitude about being picky. I phoned hospital and rescheduled. It was not a problem. What is she being payed for??
