I've been using their shop for years. Great service and knowledgeable staff. They stand behind their products, try to help out no matter how long ago you've got your glasses. And they carry quality products like Maui Jim.
Very poor customer service. My mother went here on my recommendation and has been waiting for over a month for her glasses. When she calls, the staff just say, "Oh, yes, we're still waiting". I called and suggested they call the lab to find out what the holdup was and we still have no answers. Will never go here again.

I can’t say enough good things about this location! Originally got my first two pairs for an amazing price 99 each. When one set of frames was faulty, I brought them in hoping for a replacement. They didn’t carry the style anymore and let me pick another pair at the same price for free. They were ready in 5 business days. And their employee Ryan was an absolute gem and stayed late so I could pick up my new glasses after work when I couldn’t make it by closing. Amazing customer service and prompt delivery on products. Highly recommend!
