I got a suspicious call from a 1-800 Number earlier today, so I wanted to call into the branch to speak to someone about who called - I spoke to LIZ on the phone ( after a few calls back and forth ) she was super helpful, very easy to deal with and even thanked me for being a member saying \ It is customers like you that let us have jobs \ lovely lady to deal with, very good customer service, and it seems like she does really care about her customers.

I've received excellent service at this branch. I was offered products that my previous bank never did. In fact they have been very helpful in boosting my credit raty.
Honestly I’ve been a branch member for years and the service hasn’t been that great. Went in for a consult and the employee barely knew how to use his own software the second time I come in another employee makes similar mistakes to the last one. The place is obviously not run well and there employees need more guidance and training

THE Worst Bank I applied for a mortgage loan almost 2 years ago. I was told it was approved and to wait for papers to sign the following week. Nothing ever came. Good thing I had a backup bank or I would’ve lost the house. They contacted me one year later asking if I still wanted the money. I said I could use it for renovating the house. Well , now It’s been almost 2 years and I had 4 different people STILL handling my application . I even told them to stop calling as I am not interested anymore but I keep getting calls from different people asking for different things ...I have never seen such an unprofessional , mismanaged place. Definitely do not recommend CIBC
