This location constantly makes mistakes with orders. Usually forgetting to put sauce on the wings and forgetting to include dips in the order. Today we ordered 4 panzerottis. One of them which was supposed to have sauce didn't. Another one was completely wrong. Ordered a pepperoni and sausage with sauce, we received a bacon mushroom black olives without sauce. The other two were fine. After calling customer service, they put in an order to replace the two panzerottis. The order didn't end up arriving until over an hour after calling and calling an additional two times. They said they were backlogged, but priority should be given to mistakes they need to fix, and we live less than 5 minutes away from the restaurant. Update: We've avoid this location since the previous order until today, about 2-3 months after. They didn't give us the sauce for the wings. Avoid this location unless you love calling customer support after every order.

Very nice pizza place
They prepared an order quickly and with good quality.
The pizza is fresh and the staff are very friendly.
So if I order delivery it comes from another Location. I actually order for pick up and go out of my way to come here because i find that they make a superior Pizza to other Locations. They do forget to give you cutlery and plates when you order them, also they are regularly out of diet 7up but other than this this place is great.
Very poor quality pizza. I've had pizzaville pizzas many times but this pizza was worse than a truck pizza. The crust was pathetic, I did not find any chicken pieces, tasted so cheap not worth a single penny. Pizza pizza is cheaper and their crust n toppings are million times better. The time they took to make the pizza was awful..donf ever go...I will never to any pizzaville again.
My go-to pizza chain.. food is relatively consistent .. I always order via app or website.. that way u can see all available specials n customize your pizza wit no pressure (do half n half).. place can get swamped so at times patience is needed.. non pizza items like wings n rice balls r generally good.. my kids like them so that's all that matters..
Only gave it one star because 0 wasn’t an option. Never actually got a pizza, I paid for my order they said it was busy so it would be 25 minutes. 30 minutes later no pizza they found my slip under the counter in the garbage. Surprisingly all of the sudden my pizza could be ready in 7 minutes. When your charging 4 more than pizza pizza and pizza nova you maybe should have better service.
