We had very good experience finishing basement with Maple Reno. They were not only willing to continue working with partially finished framing , they were also very reasonable with pricing. Team made several recommendations and improvements to gain more space and was always double-checking when it came to more significant items or decisions. We are extremely happy with the washroom with shower, which Maple Reno delivered above and beyond our expectations.

Slava and his crew (Sergeis and Igor) are fantastic. They were clear on the scale of the basement renovation (including waterproofing of walls), came up with a strict deadline, and delivered on time. They made sure that the disruption was minimal to the rest of the household, and were always moving forward on the different projects that were being detailed so there was minimal time wastage. They were also very supportive in procuring great materials for the renovation, which made it look much more functional and elevated that initially though. Hands down our best experience with a contractor.

I hired Maple Renovations to fully renovate my 2 bedroom condo in April 2019. Slava projected the renovations would take approximately 8 weeks to complete. Slava and his team worked diligently every day and I am thrilled with the results!! The work was completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule, on budget and I absolutely love the renovations. Maple Renovations had a great report with my property manager and he raved about their professionalism, their extreme cleanliness and the quality of their work.
