Awful customer service. I rented a pump and before renting I asked them how much is the rental after the tax. they told me after tax it would be 125. I rent the pump for 3 months and when I came back to return it they charged with with tax again. They said you misunderstood but I know I asked exactly how much is after tax and they clearly didn't tell me the actual price. They not only didn't apologized they blamed me for miscommunication.
