Charlatans! be very careful! I had noise problem in the duct above my bedroom... I thought (wanted to make sure that it is not a mouse or bird inside the duct... so I contacted these guys! they came to my place and checked the duct using a camera and claimed that there was mouse dropping inside the duct! they charged me 306 for diagnose and poisons... the noise still was there turned out that a drywall stud was broken there and the duct system was closed and connected to a mechanical equipment and no mouse could be there (on 13 floor!) I called the for refund ... they started playing with me ... and postponing ... I contacted BBB and they did not respond to them too ... they are going to deal with them for sure ... BE CAREFUL!
