I found the following quite positive about this business: - Great service. - Project was on time and schedule. - The flooring was installed in two bedrooms. There was a great transition into the bedrooms, the flooring was tight and visually looks good. Unfortunately, I notice that there is a sag / dip in the flooring in a small space in the corner of one bedroom. I think that with care, this small area could have been filled in / levelled out before the flooring was installed. With time, patience and foresight this could have been corrected. I assumed that small levelling would have been done but this was not the case. I would recommend that you ensure that levelling is in your contract or that this is discussed in advanced.
