Not sure if it's under New Management but over the last 2 maybe 3 months I found this location to be less tidy, less clean if you will to were the staff can't be bothered to pick stuff off the floor that's fallen, napkins, coffee lids etc . Witness staff just walk on by.Just found it to be messier in and around the take out food areas then ever before. Exclude pizza and bread area as it always looks presentable. Just saying of coarse as I love shopping at this Fortinos.

The store is usually well stocked. If you have list of items you need, you may leave the store in less than 30 minutes. They have best cakes on economical price. Soups and Salads bars are great too! Customer service is great. Store has invested a lot in taking safety measures related to CoVid19. Best hours to visit: 7am-9am
A employee named Joseph was great. Joseph is in the meat departure. I went in looking for a butterball turkey he said truck just arrived and turkeys are still in there. Joseph went to the truck and found me the perfect turkey. He came out to see if this was a good size and it was. Thank you Joseph so much for getting the turkey for me. Service at fortinos is always amazing and the staff are amazing people. Joseph thank you again.
