The entire park does Not Offer Lids or Straws for the fountain pop cups that they sell; they said it was a "Park Policy" that no one is allowed lids or straws with fountain pop in flimsy paper cups. But if you buy their all you can drink all summer long bottle, that has a lid and straw: why are they allowed lids and straws???. Obviously Wonderland Does Not Care about the out of town tourist who only comes to the park for one day and buys a super expensive fountain pop with a super expensive average tasting burger and super expensive average fries. And to make it a "Park Policy" is even more ridiculous, do you know how hard it is and how much it sucks carrying all your families drinks on a tray with all the other food when it doesn't have lids.

They need to get this place together. I have never had warm or hot fries here ever. The staff move slowly. The people assembling the orders often check their phones with gloves on, then go back to making hotdogs. All of that aside, it does have indoor seating which is nice.

I would like to give no stars if possible... The wait time for 3 shakes is more than 45 minutes... The service is really pathetic... This is not even crunch season.... It is off peak timings and this is the quality... Will definitely tell everyone to avoid this place if they come to wonderland... The shakes were not worth the long wait... The staff need to pick up their pace...

Came here in the later part of September, worst service I have ever had. Waited 15 minutes for food and everything was cold as the staff choose to make everything (burgers/fries) way before anything was ordered. The available food items were clearly visible to the customers and were placed under what seemed to be a heat lamp, but it must have not been working. From my perspective by the time the food I ordered was served to me I am guessing the food had been cooked 20 to 25 minutes ago. Do not eat here.

Poor workflow to order and pick up food. The physical layout doesn't allow people to move around to wait, pick up food or get condiments. Prices are too high, four hot dogs and fries without drinks shouldn't be nearly 70. However, cashiers and staff were friendly and trying their best with the situation.

Normally a pretty good place to sit down and eat. Today the floors were disgusting. Bathroom doors were sticky and it smelled of vomit near the drink station. I also asked for a high chair which they kept behind the counter. He didn't know what a high chair was.

Trash. But its food in an amusement park.. & I lived to tell the tale. They definitely dont follow any food handling guides.
