Visited after long service was nice and COVID-19 protocols followed very well ! Food is good as always

I had the salad , it was fresh and tasty. I also had steak wrapped around with bacon with side of corn and fries. The corn and fries were good, I ordered medium well but they burnt the steak and bacon. I asked the server to give me another bacon for the burnt one and the sperate bacon tasted better. I also noticed that other people at my table didn’t get the right temperature on their steak as well, either over cooked or underdone. Overall my experience was alright.
The first time I ordered the food was good, so I ordered again and was very disappointed. The rib was not fresh seemed like it was made hrs ago, I also ordered pan bread that was harder than a rock also seemed like it was made hrs ago and just warmed up before delivery, nothing seemed fresh. When I called the restaurant, the lady on the phone stated that she spoke with the manager and they did everything right and if I would like to complain I should call Uber eats the delivery service. Why should I call them they did not prepare the food anyways I will not be ordering from them again. After spending over 100 I expected better service or even a better response.
It is always a great experience ordering from Chuck’s Vaughan. Steaks are cooked as perfectly as asked. The desert is a must try with those caramel drizzle on the top. Will suggest porter house and full racks at its best.
Place isnt bad. I think the food is fairly priced for the quality. I don’t agree with the 3% extra charge they put on the bill. I get why they do it and they explain it all over their menu and website but i dont agree with it. The burgers are good, stray away from the steak, its always well done and no flavour.
