My kids got the whole family hooked on the signature milk tea. They often won't tell you this but you can substitute the sugar for organic honey and change your toppings. The wait times aren't too bad. Overall, Chatime makes great boba and a great reason to get out of the house!!

A super spacious Chatime located in Maple. There’s a good amount of seating and it’s comfortable to hang out after ordering drinks. Just your typical bubble tea/boba shop, a variety of drinks which you can adjust sugar and ice levels. There are sometimes treats like macaroons you can purchase too.
Ordered 15mins ahead, arrived 5mins after order was ready for pickup, walked out 10mins afterwards... There has got to be a better method for handling pick up from mobile orders. There were 3 people in front of me when I arrived in the pick up line. No one even gave any of us attention to ask our order codes to see if it was already sitting and waiting for us behind the counter. My order was hidden behind the counter & ready to go the whole time I was in the store. 4 workers, 7 people (& growing!) in line to order, 5 people in line to pick up. Definitely over the store limit... drinks tasted great though!
The Pearl Milk Tea here tastes different and less concentrated versus other locations. I prefer the one near Vaughan mills. The employees look unhappy and definitely look more if you tip them or not. The only reason I went is bevahse it's closer to my house but won't continue as the last time their tea made me sick.

Love this Chatime location, service is always great every time I come. At times it may get very busy, but staff is always fast and efficient.
Today was a (slightly) disappointing day at Chatime... As I walked in with the intentions of trying something new for myself, a hazelnut milk tea with coffee jelly but there was a sign at the register saying they're out of a whole bunch of things, two of those being hazelnut and coffee jelly. Ended up ordering a QQ lychee juice, but of course, they were out of coconut jelly so I opted for rainbow jelly as a replacement. Drink quality was good and staff were decently efficient.
1st time at this location and definitely won't be the last! Thank you for fulfilling my craving!!
