Punctual! Said he would be there between 9-10. Texted me at 9:10 to tell me he was 5 minutes away. Professional! Discovered the problem within few minutes. Gave me 3 options of fixing it. I asked him to choose the best approach and so he did. Fair! I must admit I was hoping to pay FAR more than what I was actually charged. 100% I will call them again and refer my friends.
