Older lady there needs to retire or find a job she enjoys. Both times I've been in there she has been extremely rude! I can't believe how rude she was to a customer!

The older lady there has been rude every time I go in! She has zero respect for any customers who walk in! I’m disgusted by how she still has a job.

Brutal service and poor manners. I called and when they asked me to go on hold, all I could hear was the worker rudely speaking to a customer and upsetting her more. He should have atleast muted it or actually put me on hold as I heard the entire dispute. When he came back on the phone and told him what I needed help with, he rudely interrupted before I could finish and told me he couldn’t help me. Not being able to help is one thing, but the delivery and tone of his voice could have been more professional. It’s clear he was taking his frustration from the lady who was there out on me.

I have had numerous problems recieving my mail .Its seem funny when i make a complaint i get my mail delivered the next day but yet a whole week goes by with nothing for me or my neighbour .I have a stack of mail at my house that does not belong to me and it was delivered to the wrong house so god only knows who is getting my mail.Seems funny that 2 gift cards have gone missing a 50 dollar Canadian tire card and a grocery store card as well.But because they have no tracking no one seems to care .AWFUL
