Staff here are amazing and the products offered here are wide. Highly recommended to purchasing wedding attire from this store as they have access to international networks of Johnny Bigg stores and can import your size products. The prices are a bit steeper in comparison to its competitors but the quality is second to none. Would purchase again in the future.

I want to pass on a massive compliment to Will (Regional Manager) who was honestly outstanding. He is a regional manager for a reason. He went above and beyond and ensure that we had a suit for my fiance as our Wedding is on 31/01/2021. We were after a specific colour suit however as it was a there was a sale so was understandable that sizes were out of stock. I showed Will my bridesmaids and maid of honour their colour dresses and let me tell you, he worked his magic with colour pallets to make sure the colours complimented each other. Honestly he exceeded our expectation. Not only that his personality was just amazing. Never felt like we were such an inconvenience with our last minute request. Im pretty sure he went over his break to help us. Please ensure that my feedback is escalated to management team for Will and his Team that worked on the shift (16/01/2021) because they were amazing and not everyday you receive this kind of service. Thank you Will and Team for helping us :) I can write a whole paragraph but i trust you will be commended for your service. lol

Went to the Manukau store yesterday right at opening time. There was only one sales lady but she was awesome despite there being many customers. Very helpful excellent customer service and the items I purchased are just fantastic! I will definitely be shopping here again thank you so much!

This is a lovely, friendly and very helpful store to go into and especially if you are large and in charge haha. Torika was very helpful and super friendly making easy to have a look and trying on different items. Grace was also friendly and professional and was very welcoming. Give it a go and have a look, well worth your time and effort.
