I just provided my comments in BBB website. Truly satisfied customer. Your professional work ethics and superb job made insurance company to fulfill their promise to its customer which is me. Thank you again for fighting the insurance company on our behalf even though you get paid for it but negative effect of denied the roof replacement claim is far more for house owners which had noway to lie or be the cause of it. There were many houses with damages to count and I am glad I had National Claims Negotiators to represent me after initial decline of the claim. I was not there to take advantage of the insurance company but now I think it was the way around. Thank you again for your superb job.
