Can't thank the staff enough for what they have done for me especially Paul Mallott and Beverley Cummins and the lovely CBT group members. The staff make you feel welcome as soon as you step into the building. The talking therapy is helping me understand mental health and listening to other group members experiences is helping me understand other people mental health problems too. They have different course for people who suffer with mental illness. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
