A big supermarket with variety of choices. However, the restaurant is now closed.
The shop is accepting cash in pandemic! and always prefers cash payments to card. After checking Companies House website for this company and Babushka Deli accounts, it is obvious something is just not right here. Will be contracting Trading Standards, so they can check if this company legally importing goods to the UK, pays taxes. I will not buy from them again, just not sure about quality, exp dates and legality.
Very pleased to have found this store as was missing the things we had on our holidays. Delivery service has been great both times. Great for special occassion or just stocking up.
Great shop, delivery always on time and emails sent in advance if products are out of stock or need to be substituted. Good range of products too. I would however love it if Babushka Deli used a little less bubblewrap and plastic bags in their packaging. Perhaps some of the packaging can be done with cardboard or thick paper instead?
