It is beautiful village of Tehsil Mansehra. It is situated in Maydan(plain) -e-Pakhhal. There are beautiful views of far off mountains on all sides of it. There are fertile fields where farmers grow different crops. There is good irrigation system in this area. It is situated near Oghi road. Lari Adda Mansehra is of 10 minutes drive from it. Electricity, telephone, water, and private medical facilities are available here. There are link roads going to Maswal Town, Jia Mera Town and Islampur Town. There is a Private High School in Kanait.
