Che dire.... eccezionale .... ci torniamo ogni volta che ci troviamo a Manosque. Couscus strepitoso, saporito al punto giusto e porzioni discrete con possibilità di scegliere i condimenti più graditi. Servizio impeccabile e possibilità sopratutto d'estate di cenare nella piccola piazzetta posta in fronte al ristorante. D'estate poi non é improbabile trovare degli artisti locali che si esibiscono per i clienti allietando cosi le serate. Consigliatissimo non solo per il cuoscus.
