I had an issue with the this branch and called their head office to verbalise it. The customer service representative who answered the phone was very thorough in taking all of the details and give me every confidence that my issue would be given the attention that I believed it deserved. My 5* review reflects the swift, courteous and professional way it was dealt with from start to finish. All within the same afternoon of my call. It totally restored my faith in them and they will of course keep my custom. Well done, I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.
