It took 5 days and hours of wasted time trying to make telephone contact and two personal visits to the surgery simply to get a repeat prescription processed (which they simply hadn't bothered to do for those 5 days). An uncaring and deeply inefficient system which caused me undue suffering. Shameful for a doctor's practice to treat vulnerable and needful patients like this.

My mum is poorly and was told on Tues no home visits left but can put her down for weds late morning early afternoon, with Helen , was told after she had done all morning phone calls she would come and see my mum, well she never turned up, tried to ring up manor house to find out but seems it was closed! Disgraced
My family has always received the best level of care from the excellent doctors, practice nurses, and staff at this surgery.
Moved to Bridlington nearly 3 years ago and have had minimal illness. Any time my wife and I have had to go to the doctors we have had nothing but an excellent service from front to back. In the old days in walk in surgery you would often wait one hour or more for attention. It took me 15 mins to make an appointment by phone for my wife while I sat with a cup of tea at home. How easily we forget, keep up the good work Manor House.
