Cottage was nice size but was not cleaned properly i don't know why the owners were trying to say, covid secure \we keep our cottage top to bottom cleaned\ but there were dust and spiderwebs in every room from the very first day. Also we had to keep requesting for bin bags and dish washer tablets which they could have made things much easier in life of giving few extra for the couple days we stayed

Absolute gem! Beautiful cottages on a small farm. Karen and Chris are excellent hosts and very friendly. Lovely cafe on site (The Granary) with fantastic food. Loads to do in the area. They are well set up for the Covid restrictions with clear guidance on what to do at the end of our stay. Very happy to recommend a visit and we definitely hope to come back again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week.
Lovely setting & dog friendly. The sandwiches left a little to be desired, they had run out of our chosen filling & the ham seemed like basic supermarket cooked ham, although this was a bank holiday and (I believe) very early days. Cakes & treats were lovely and the the service was excellent. Overall very pleasant visit & will be back again.
Freshly made food and home made cakes. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with seating inside and out. Also a small selection of gifts for sale. Friendly staff. An upcoming business with lots still to come. Highly recommend.
Peaceful and quiet village location, the shire cottage is a large cottage with lots of charm. We had a wonderful time here as did our two dogs who had never seen horse's goats and sheep before. Karan is excellent,you can ask her anything. If you want peace and quiet this is it. We will book again. Excellent Four
