Fantastic meal. Creative cuisine perfectly executed, friendly and efficient service. Eating in the \kitchen\ watching the food being prepared and plated was a fun experience. The location is also noteworthy as the restaurant is located in a beautiful manor overlooking the Seine river. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a gourmet experience in this part of the country.
