Agent was very helpful and fixed what agent at other station messed up.Don' t forget to pull a number. Before touching the screen read the right spot.
If there was the possibility to give 0 stars this one would deserve it. There were 4 desks at which employees were working. As it is usual you have to take a number. 3 of the 4 desks were working on topics related to the bahn card and stuff like this while 1 was working on reservation and train delay problems. Now make a guess in which line you could wait for 45 min without even getting close to help. Exactly ... the one related to the delays. (since basically every train is delayed nowadays) Customer Service in 2019.... not really
Little expensive
Ich selber war da ziemlich oft die beraten dort wirklich super und geben auch die günstigsten Angebote die sie haben bin sehr beeindruckt Gehe da immer wieder gerne hin
Kompetent, freundlich und die Mitarbeiter dort sind sehr engagiert. :) Eine Ausnahme unter den DB-Reisezentren!
