Renting properties is so hard nowadays as the demand is so high. I rang and spoke with Alice and she was so helpful and efficient. Within minutes she emailed me a video tour of the property. I replied immediately to say I would like it. Within hours I was approved and they were sending me a congratulations email that I had secured the property. Amazing news to my ears, Alice and Nadine worked together so well to make it such a smooth and stress free process for me. Huge thanks again to both of you. Keep up the fantastic work. Can't wait to move in.

Katie and her team have excellent local knowledge and a great client base. Unlike some of the local agents they are dynamic and they get suitable purchasers through the door. Will definitely be using again.

Moved out of a rented property and trying to get my deposit back was almost impossble, they held the whole lot over a 200 dispute, even though we left the property exactly how it was when we moved in. One phone call, the girl actually laughed at me, so I asked her how she would feel if it was her deposit. Got it all back after a fight for it as they were at fault, not us. Do not rent from these cowboys.

Through the pandemic and a rather long drawn out process, Katie and her team remained professional and helpful throughout. They kept us in the loop the whole way through and nothing was too much trouble.

Pressured into writing a review early. Glad I didn't. Water meter never read at start of tenancy, despite several emails(all saved) Electricity box door blew off in storm in early February, (blamed on corona virus lockdown for lack of support during March, even though reported 4 weeks before lockdown) never repaired, still broken now, even as I've moved out. Had to tape it on making it hard to read meter and had to clean out as full of water several times to ensure we kept our power on, risking my own safety. Reported to property maintenance several times, also ignored. Landlord was asked where water meter was, ignored. Overcharged on both water and electricity as a result and couldn't obtain refund. Mission to get deposit back, took several unanswered phone calls. Finally spoke to someone helpful at countrywide, then landlord couldn't seem to be bothered to visit the property for another week to verify check up report. When I finally got through to someone at the branch (working in sales) he accused me of making threats because I said I'd come to the branch to speak to someone about it if they didn't answer regarding the water meter. The estate agent that wanted to sell the property contacted me to say they wanted to take photos, Mann Lettings couldn't even be bothered to phone me and tell me that my tenancy was up. They told the estate agent that they had, which they definitely didn't, even though the letter I received was dated 29th April, 3 days before my release clause finished) and 4 days after the phone call from the estate agent. Then when they couldn't sell, had the cheek to ask if I'd stay. Wouldn't ever use use again.
