McDonald's P. Noval service is veeeeery slow. They don't even greet customers when they are obviously already in front of the counter. It's their protocol to greet and accommodate customers anytime but it is never observed.

Of course, food is the same as it taste good as always. The place was quite entertaining for having music. What I don't like was the comfort room. It seems like, it wasn't maintain thoroughly.

Not good due to customer service issues concern,my eldest daughter we ordered food that we want to ate,but unfortunately it is sad that McDonald's minimizing their condiments that include to the meals like no ketchup for fries no tissue no plastic spoon for ice cream,I already raised the concern with the mgt,knowing that mc Donald's is one of the best fast food chain all over the world.
