Please seriously consider to have the lab results sent via email, website or app when it is available. The clinic wanted me to come back personally just to get it and yet it was not ready at the appointed time. Guard and attending staff are diligent and disciplined to enforce Social Distancing and Disinfecting guidelines. The attending doctor is considerate and the staff acted with care.

They have a systematic and disciplined way of handling the queue during the pandemic. I waited in line for about 15 minutes to get a chest X-ray, and the results can already be claimed just 2 hours after.

I went there at 7am. I asked the security guard about the steps since it’s my first time. I gave my registration and request form to the staff immediately and was accommodated with good service. To emphasize and to commend JOY FRENSNILLO as a helpful and friendly medical staff/nurse. Hi- Precision Diagnostics by its name is a place where you will be assured of quality service. Thank you!

Terrible. Xray technician can not be bothered to attend to you, even if just 2 patients are in line at Xray unit. Expect to lose half a day to do 2 blood exams and an xray. The only positive thing in there is the nice lady at counter 3.

Clean, organized and efficient services. They have a guard and the place is properly organized. The receptionist is very polite and explained every procedure that would be done and what are the processes. The Xray machine malfunctioned and the attendant was apologetic and gave us a heads up of whats happening. Some establishment would just leave you waiting without a clue. They assisted me too in easing the tension and anxiety of my 3 year old son as we go on to the procedures.

They are not checking properly all the referrals from the doctor. Need to count before you sign the receipt.
