Manila, Philippines
Muelle Del Banco Nacional, Binondo,

Nice little museum hidden in a heritage building. 50 pesos entry for the upstairs portion. The plaques downstairs explain the history of the building.

Small but interesting if you're in the area. Old media, newspapers, advertising from the area
The museum is a long corridor that features Manila artifacts from the early 19th century from soft drink bottles, magazines, posters, prewar and post war photos, even some late Spanish era papers. Visit time could range from 30-120 mins. Calvo building once hosted Uncle Bob's Radio broadcasting (now also known as DZBB). There's a feature bit at the museum providing additional details. It's an interesting place to go and see things from the "good ol' days". Tip: If you're visiting with a group, I suggest you call ahead. Airconditioning is normally closed so it's a bit hot at the museum area.
Takes you back in time!
Affordable though small
Surprise surprise we have another Manila destination that is never open after a two months of attempted visits. Doesn’t keep advertised hours. Never open whenever I go here. Not contact info. Small worthless museum apparently. Saturday market equally pointless collection of junk. I did get to watch two street kids bash each other’s heads apart. Considering the horror of pollution and traffic to get here you may just want to kill yourself instead.
