After using another agent I tried Manhattan for my rental property which had tenant found very next day . I was inform of the situation all the time and rent transfer to my bank very next day Mohammad was very prompt to follow up and Rashmi was very attentive and keep informing me of the situation very promptly and I will be using them for all my rental property in futures
