Buck Mazarine Bistrot. Delicious. You can tell the chef has Michelin stars. Seasonal fresh produces. Decor could be cosier with table cloths and candles

3 course dinner was excellent. The wine recommendation was really good. Highly recommended.
The breakfast set menu was really good (great croissants!)
What can I say...good try? Very professional and nice staff serving an older clientele. However, despite a 28 EUR menu, we were not impressed. The chef and staff clearly try very hard but the dishes -although beautiful taste more weird than delicious, like they didn't get the measurements right. The tart we for for dessert was just horrible, soft and chewy like it clearly had been out too long. I would say they need to up the standards a bit.
Amazing food and attentive service. 3 course meal was reasonably priced and everything tasted great
Solid food, slightly slower than average service in Paris on a light night. This may be due to the care and attention given to the food. The chicken in the their chicken and mushroom dish was quite dry, but the dessert (liegeois) and the entree salad with artichokes were both awesome.
The dishes are fabulous new combinations of classic French ingredients but the execution is mediocre. I'm assuming the chef was not here tonight because the terrine de canard was dry (great flavor though). The chicken breasts were also dry. I would rate this a three-star ... However! The waiter is very kind and attentive. The little salad with the terrine had lovely spicy greens. The morilles (morel mushrooms) in cream sauce were outstanding. The house Syrah, Le Versant, is surprisingly ripe and full for 5 a glass. The topper is the ile flottante with raspberry and a crunchy nougat garnish - the merange was whipped to absolute perfection and the creme Anglaise was rich with subtle vanilla and raspberry. Exquisite. Can dessert save a meal? Well yes. Yes it can. Improve the cooking and this place will stand out.
