i give the 4 stars to evangeline of sales. i called the landline number connected to sales. spoke to evangeline and confirmed that they have the product i was looking for and reserved it for me. she friendly and accomodating. once you step in the store better let them know who you're looking for o what you need or else deadma imo wosh dai.haha if d ka mu ask questions ilang mga nawng murag way pake nimo. if mangutana naka dha paka iaccomodate. haha anyways thank you evangeline!
Please - Theres a reason why a telephone exists, its to let your customers COMMUNICATE with you. Not to play around passing to other people then drop the phone. - AS Fortuna is one of the most busiest and traffic heavy streets that is why there is a TELEPHONE to COMMUNICATE because I want to know if my favored Steelseries product is available. So spending my time on the traffic will not be a waste. - 5 ladies by the counter, do you have any idea what are your products? You seriously have the nerves to let me wait for 20 minutes but when I end up asking the salesman near the stock, IN JUST 1 SECOND, he told me my product is not available. It only took him 1 second and the ladies dare to let me wait and HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS STEELSERIES. Horrible staff and service. They seriously dont know what are they doing.
Worst customer service, staff's don't know what they are doing, took almost three weeks to process quotation and so lazy sales team. Please go back to 1901.
