Well... They kind of tried. Yes, valentine's day, family day I knew would be busy. That's why I put my order in the day before and I called around 3 pm to verify order and pick up time and I still had to wait 40 minutes. Did they offer a discount? No. Did I get a treasure bag giveaway? No. Granted.. While supplies last... Did I get the 10% discount on pickup order? I think so... Yes the food is good. But having people wait around 20 minutes to an hour inside and out without a decent system to manage customers looking for their orders.. I was hoping for more. We deserved more.

Thank you Mandarin for treating us to a free meal to celebrate Canada day. It was a long wait but definitely worth it. There were staff outside giving out water and fan. Very much appreciated. This event was well organized and went on smoothly. It was not crowded or loud at all in the restaurant, and my family enjoyed a pleasant dinner. Abundant quality foods were served, and there was something for everyone to like. Staff were attentive and made sure our needs were met. Thank you Mandarin! It's been awhile since my family had a meal with you and this event just reminded me how nice it is to have a meal at your location.
I miss dining in. Take-out is the best I can do. I phoned my order ahead of time. When the time I requested arrived, which they co-ordinated at the time of my order with me, it was right on time. I didn't have to wait. Great job for my order and enjoyed the food. I'll be back again. Support your local businesses before they don't exist anymore!
We love going out. Yesterday we found this delicious restaurant which friends recommended to us. We had a delightful time there with fine cooking and an experienced stuff and a professional chef. We put this venue in our list and we will definitely return very soon. We warmly recommend.
Looks and taste good. But today was the smallest quantities of food that I have seen on mandarin restaurants. Large as a finger and really thin... 3 of them isn't enough for my 4 years old kid get satisfied!
